I created Revive Healing to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can step away from everyday pressures and take time for yourself. When life is full of work, family commitments and caring for others, your own wellbeing can easily slip to the bottom of the list. Here, you have space to pause, feel listened to and relax.

My approach brings together my training in holistic therapies with a gentle, intuitive style of care. Each appointment begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what you would like from your session, so your treatment is tailored to you.
