I’m the founder of Revive Healing, a Reiki Master, Certified Advanced Crystal Healing Practitioner and qualified Reflexology Practitioner.

Having spent many years in the corporate world, I understand how easily our own wellbeing can slip down the list when we’re juggling work, family and caring for others.
I’m passionate about self-care and created Revive Healing to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can take a little time for yourself.

I bring my training in holistic therapies together with a gentle, intuitive approach. Each appointment begins with a conversation about how you’re feeling and what you need, so that your session feels comfortable and personal to you.

I’m committed to keeping my knowledge and skills up to date through ongoing training and by following the latest professional guidelines. I’m also a member of the UK Reiki Federation and the Association of Reflexologists.

You’ll find me at The Blue Room in Hail Weston, near St Neots, and at Rushden Chiropractic Clinic in Northamptonshire.
